This is not only one of the first tunes I ever learned, but also one of the first I ever recorded. I’m fond of this tune but almost never hear it anymore. It’s one of those tunes that everyone seems to know but no one plays at sessions these days.

This is an older recording. I believe it was the first time I tried recording using the pickup built into my mandolin. Nowadays I record with both the pickup and microphone to add a bit more depth, so this may sound a little different than more recent recordings.
